Shipping, clearly outlined.

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States, including the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international destinations.

Processing and transit are separate

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After processing, standard transit takes 2–7 days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Transit estimates begin after the package is handed to the carrier and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If you are shopping for a specific event, please allow for both stages. Weather, holidays, address issues and carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If a delay affects your order, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund for an unshipped order if you do not wish to wait.

Shipping costs

• Orders of $59 or more: complimentary standard shipping.
• Orders below $59: $6.99 standard shipping.

The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts and before applicable tax. Available shipping is shown after you enter a supported address in the shopping bag or checkout.

Tracking and address details

We send tracking details when your order ships. We choose a parcel carrier for the delivery address; carrier selection is not guaranteed. Enter a complete, accurate address and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area and with other household members, then contact us. Keep packaging and photographs if a parcel arrives damaged. We will help investigate missing, incorrect or damaged deliveries.
